CaptionSign is operated by B SMART ENTERPRISE CORP, doing business as B SMART AI. This policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and disclose information when you use CaptionSign websites, applications, accessibility tools, messaging services, and related services.

We may collect account and contact information, including your name, email address, telephone number, organization, service preferences, support requests, device information, usage information, and information you voluntarily provide.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure CaptionSign services, authenticate accounts, deliver accessibility features, process service requests, send requested notifications, respond to support inquiries, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.

SMS and mobile information

Mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in records, and SMS consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide limited information to service providers, such as telecommunications providers, solely to deliver messages requested by the user. Those providers may not use the information for their own marketing.

Message frequency varies according to user activity and selected services. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel SMS messages. Reply HELP for assistance. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

CaptionSign is not intended to collect personal information directly from children under 13 without appropriate authorization.
