CaptionSign is an accessibility service operated by B SMART ENTERPRISE CORP.

Effective September 1, 2026

These Terms govern access to CaptionSign services operated by B SMART ENTERPRISE CORP, doing business as B SMART AI. By using CaptionSign, you agree to these Terms.

CaptionSign services

CaptionSign provides accessibility technology, including captions, visual-language preparation, account communications, service notifications, and related tools. Features may change as the platform develops.

Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and use the service lawfully. You may not misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to violate another person's rights.

SMS messaging terms

Users may opt in through a CaptionSign web form to receive low-volume transactional messages, including one-time verification codes, account and security notices, accessibility service updates, request updates, and customer-support replies.

Message frequency varies based on user activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile numbers and SMS consent information are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Accessibility notice

Automated captions, translations, and visual-language output may contain errors and should be reviewed when accuracy is critical. CaptionSign does not replace a qualified interpreter where one is legally or professionally required and is not an emergency service.

Intellectual property

CaptionSign software, branding, designs, documentation, datasets, and related materials are owned by B SMART ENTERPRISE CORP or used with permission. No ownership rights are transferred under these Terms.

Availability and disclaimers

Services are provided on an as-available basis. To the extent allowed by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free automated output.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, B SMART ENTERPRISE CORP will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from use of the services.

Changes and termination

We may update these Terms, modify services, or suspend access when necessary for security, legal compliance, or misuse prevention.
